Clean bedding felt fresh, which really made a difference. The location was convenient. Close to the interstate and easy access to food options. The staff I interacted with showed a polite attitude, but unfortunately, there were issues that dampened my stay. I found the tub not properly cleaned, with some mold on the pillowcase. Trash littered the grounds, and the room needed significant upgrades. The air conditioning unit left a noise comparable to LaGuardia airport. I had trouble with the TV not functioning initially, and it took multiple calls to the front desk for help. A missing hot breakfast option was disappointing too.

The hotel was fairly clean and staff were very, very nice and welcoming, everything was excellent. The location was particularly good and favourable, so close to restaurant, freeway exit, and Waffle House. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson. Had a fairly nice time.
